On their team, right brain and left brain coincide to not only create a beautiful space but also to make sure it is functional and installs seamlessly.

Their team works very well with engineers because they understand the mathematics and systems involved in the installation process as well as the construction process. In addition they can describe in great detail how all the products work and what to expect. This insures that you are very happy with your product. It also allows you to rest easy and let them take care of the details.

Stephanie & Lauryn have worked in the window treatment industry for over 25 years, and have great relationships with the manufacturers they represent. They fully understand the pros and cons in each product and can guide you expertly through the process of choosing which option works best for your unique space.

What they really pride themselves on is always taking care of their customers. They are a small company, and you will be taken care of by Stephanie and Lauryn personally, assuring your project is a complete success.

Blind Designs prides itself on choosing to be a green company in every aspect:

     • Any cardboard from packaging materials that we use is recycled.

We work with eco-friendly companies who value the earth as much as we do such as Hunter Douglas, who, for more than 60 years, has been creating and offering natural and appealing ways to harness heat and light. Hunter Douglas is committed to lowering its energy usage and implementing other changes that will ultimately reduce its carbon footprint by 20 percent. Like Blind Designs, its overriding goal, though, is to help customers everywhere save energy the natural way by effectively channeling and exploiting the natural power of the sun.

Another green-conscious company Blind Designs works closely with is Graber, which produces high-quality window coverings with an eco-friendly manufacturing process. For example, in the past 10 years, 43 million pounds of industrial waste generated in one of its facilities have been recycled and diverted from landfills.

Blind Designs implements green practices wherever possible, and we extend this to our clients with a selection of eco-friendly products. In fact, all window coverings are inherently green, in that they block solar heat gain and reduce UV transmission.
